Use Customized Keyboard Shortcuts in Taskspaces

There are two taskspaces in Photoshop (Select and Mask, Content-Aware Fill). Before this update, Photoshop only supported customized keyboard shortcuts in Main taskspace. With this update, users can assign their own shortcuts for tools in different taskspaces.
